Before you wear 'em or eat 'em, you first have to find 'em. Here's a helpful guide for tracking down all of the treasure chests and monster parts:
From the start, head north and clear the enemies by the log. Hang a right and when you spy a path of stones, follow them to the south where you will find the red chest with a troll head.
From the start take the left path to the next screen. Clear the enemies and head north. Look for a ladder set into the cliff face and head up to find the yellow chest with a boney leg.
You can find the green chest with a bat hat after getting knocked into the forest maze by one of the forest chortlings. Exiting the screen on one side will wrap Cerberus around to the other side of the screen.
From the entryway, head left until you are back outside. Go down to find the red chest with a boney body.
From the entryway, head right and downstairs into the castle basement where you will find the yellow chest with a minion tentacle. This chest can also be accessed by falling through the trapdoor in the library.
After clearing the central courtyard, head inside and take the right path to the north up the stairs. This will take you to the western battlements. When you go back inside, clear the first enemies and look for a carpet running underneath the wall to the north. Walking through this wall reveals that it was an illusion as well as the green chest with a dark knight horn.
From the start, head north and enter the catacombs. Clear the enemies in the first large chamber then head to the northwest to find the red chest with a dark knight arm.
From the start, continue to the third screen of the graveyard where the path starts to narrow. Take the rightmost path to find the yellow chest with a disciple's wand.
You'll find the green chest with a misplaced soul buddy within the catacomb maze.
From the start take the right path to the next screen. Follow the circular path to the north until there is a break in the brambles. Head back south to find the red chest with a jack head.
From the start take the left path through the first cave. When you are back outside, head northwest to find the yellow chest with a golem leg.
In the center of the open swamp, north of the golem island and south of a cliff, you'll find the green chest with a mushroom cap.
From the start, enter the right tower and head upstairs. Beyond the room of pits is an illusionary wall between two pillars. Enter to find the red chest with a golem body.
While climbing up the first exterior section of the left tower, stay to the right to find the yellow chest with a demon wing.
When first entering the central annex, step on the rightmost pressure plate to move the hanging chain and ring the bell. Go upstairs and dash across the gap to find the green chest with a buzzer antenna.
Avoid falling at the first two upper sections of the chasm until you reach the skulls. Fall through the mouth of the skulls to remove the pillars blocking the path to the south at the start of the subsequent interior sections. These conceal the red chest with the croaker arm and yellow chest with the croaker trident.
At the final interior section of the chasm, take the central path to the north. Avoid falling until you reach the green chest with a spy eye buddy.
in the forest i only found one chest this helped alot
